Collection Update

I have now had contact with volunteers from Refuge who are able to collect from my house in the first instance - if anyone has anything they would like to send please email me and I will give you a posting address.

If you have heavy goods and would prefer to wait until you can meet up/deliver somewhere closer to your home - please bear with us.  Refuge have recommended Womens Aid as another group for us to work with as they have a wider reach and should be able to accommodate what looks like being a large amount of product!

Will update further when Womens Aid have confirmed logistics.

Many thanks for you patience all - it'll be worth it in the end!

  1. I can confirm that Women's Aid are very grateful for any donations. I took a bag of toiletries with me last time I was there (I go down with work once a month to give legal advice) and they were so chuffed.

It would also be worth checking to see if you can get involved with your local centre in some way. The Chesterfield branch is having a pamper day on Nov 25th with makeovers etc and with our make up expertise and nail painting abilities, and other centres may well run similar sessions so check it out xx

  2. Hey, Shall I swing by one day in town with the little bag of goodies I have? There isn't loads but there a few nice bits. Am also happy to help out with any makeup demos, etc like the ones I help with now for LGFB. xxx

  3. Perhaps we could drop stuff off to your house if heavy - are you in London?

  4. Gina you are welcome to drop off to me - I AM in London - email me for address.

    Thank you!

  5. This is an absolutely FANTASTIC idea. I travel a lot and come across a lot of hotel toiletries which I usually just leave. I am going to take it ALL now and pass them over to you. I mean, I've already paid for it, so I might as well put it to good use!
